Physical Products

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• In original packaging

• In the same condition as received

Non-returnable items include:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or delivered.

• Physical orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

• Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.
